President & Chairman

Rob Wedding is the sole owner of our firm since it's inception..He believes success is achieved by offering inspiring designwork, integrity, consistency, and reliability. These are the RRW cornerstones on which trust and relationships are built.

Vice President

Jose Gordillo Vice president of our south florida office since 1986, jose brings unbridled energy and enthusiasm to our clients' vision and our architectural designs - blending both art and science with an unwavering commitment to clients, our staff and the community, he ensures project success.

Chief Architect

Matt Albright is our Chief Architect. Matt brings a youthful exuberance to all the projects under his direction. He is a talented Architect and Mentor to our staff. Matt's genuine care for meeting the client's needs and giving them the best product possible goes hand in hand with his upbeat people skills.

We are comprised of Registered Architects, Graduate Architects, LEED Accredited Professionals, Registered Interior Designers, 3-D Technology Experts, and MBA Graduates who lend insight and experience to each project.  Our support team of Project Managers, CAD Drafters, Permit Coordinators and Administrative/HR Personnel round out our team to facilitate our client’s needs.
